I asked my retailer to activate Supreme Bundle of Rs.750/- at my Cell No.03134244094, which was activated on 3.1.2017 at 10.00 pm, but subsequently he inadvertently activated weekly package of Rs.150/- on the same number instead of other Cell No. 03007962692 (converted to Zong) and why Supreme Bundle has been automatically deactivated, which was greater than weekly package.
ReplyDeleteactually brother you cannot activate weekly super card before expiry of previous weekly super card or you will deactivate your previous super card first than you will beable to activate weekly super card. But if you activated monthly supercard and you want to activate weekly supercard on the same number. You don't need to deactivate monthly supercard first for replacing monthly with weekly or weekly with monthly. It means that if you want to activate same supercard before expiry, you must deactivate your account but if you want to activate different supercard you don't need to deactivate your first supercard.
